At Kalaahkriti, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is lovingly handcrafted, and minor variations in color, texture, or embroidery are part of its charm—not defects.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
✅ You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
✅ The item is unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
❌ Customized or personalized products
❌ Sale/discounted items
❌ Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer
❌ Minor color variations due to screen differences or handmade nature
To initiate a return or exchange:
1️⃣ Email us at [info@kalaahkriti.in within 3 days of delivery.
2️⃣ Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product if damaged/defective.
3️⃣ Wait for our team to approve the return and provide instructions.
We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the policy criteria.
For approved returns of defective/damaged/wrong products, Kalaahkriti will arrange pickup where possible or guide you on how to ship the item back.
In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the item. In such cases, reasonable shipping charges will be reimbursed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✅ If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
✅ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the entire order is defective or wrong.
In case of a defective/wrong product, you may choose to exchange the item for the same or similar product if available. If the requested exchange is not available, a refund will be processed.
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
